"Super friendly and relaxed experience"
The staff were really friendly and easy to talk to. I had a couple of questions, and they didn’t make me feel silly for asking at all. Everything felt relaxed and nice, and I never felt rushed. Overall, it was a really good experience, and I’d happily use queenmary.com again

"Rude staff and slow response"
I didn’t have a great experience here. The staff came across as rude and not very helpful, and I was expecting a much faster response when I needed assistance. It made the whole situation frustrating.

"Decent spot, but I felt a bit rushed"
Stopped by the bar during our visit and it was okay overall. The staff were friendly enough, but the service was a little slow, and the drinks felt a bit overpriced for what they were. The place itself had a nice vibe, though. I also felt a bit pressured to order quickly, which made it less relaxing than I was hoping for. Not a bad stop, but probably not somewhere I’d hurry back to.

I took my family there last weekend, and pretty much from the time we got settled in, it felt a little awkward. The staff didn’t seem very patient with the kids, and after a short while it was clear there wasn’t much to keep them occupied. By the end of the visit, we all felt like it just wasn’t very family friendly.

"Decent stay, but the room needed some upkeep"
I stayed here for one night and, I mean, the room was okay overall, nothing terrible or anything. But, yeah, it definitely felt like maintenance could be better. The bathroom door was kind of hard to close, one of the lamps didn’t work, and there were some marks on the wall. The AC was also a bit noisy, which was a little annoying. The staff were nice when I brought it up, so that was good, but for the price, I kind of expected the room to be in better shape.

I only ate there a couple times, so maybe it was just the day we went, but it was kind of mixed for me. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly, which helped. Dinner, though, felt a little underwhelming for what it cost. A couple things came out warm instead of actually hot, and the flavors were just okay. Not bad or anything, just not quite what I expected. If I was staying close by I’d probably go again, but I wouldn’t really go out of my way for it

"No security issues so far"
I usually don’t put much stock in all the polished “your data is safe with us” stuff companies like to say, but so far I haven’t had any security worries. Nothing weird has popped up, and everything seems to be working as expected.

"Cool ship, but the whole experience was frustrating 😕"
I booked through queenmary.com it was kind of a mess. The payment went through right away, but the confirmation took forever, and the details about parking and extra fees were super unclear. Once we got to the ship, staff kept sending us to different places, and no one really seemed to know what was included. For what we paid, it felt disorganized. The ship itself is really cool and has a lot of history, but the booking process and visit made it feel not really worth it. 😬

I had a nice visit overall and enjoyed my time there! The only downside was the parking — it felt way overpriced for what it was 😕
"Parking Was Not as Expected"
I was disappointed to find out there wasn’t any parking nearby. I felt a bit misled, because I expected parking to be more convenient or at least clearly mentioned ahead of time. It made the whole visit more stressful than it needed to be

"Not the view I thought I was paying for"
I booked this place because the website really sold me on the ocean and harbor views, and in my head that’s basically what I pictured the whole stay being about. What I mostly remember, though, is looking out at the parking lot and some industrial-looking stuff. You could kind of see the water, but only if you leaned over near the window and tried for it. Maybe there were other nice parts of the stay, but the disappointing view is what stuck with me. For the price, it felt misleading, and the staff didn’t seem surprised when we mentioned it. I definitely wouldn’t pay extra for the view again

"Interesting, but I felt a bit rushed"
Some of the exhibits were interesting, especially the history sections, and I’m glad I checked it out. That said, a few areas felt kind of outdated, and there wasn’t always enough explanation, so I found myself trying to figure things out quickly while feeling a bit pressured to keep moving. Overall, it was still worth visiting, just not as engaging as I hoped.

"Works okay, but not the easiest to use"
The website does the job for basic things, but compared to other sites I use often, it felt a bit less straightforward to navigate. A few pages loaded slower than I expected, and sometimes the info wasn’t where I naturally thought it would be. It’s not a bad site by any means, but I think it could be a little smoother and easier to use

"Stuffy room made the stay more stressful than expected"
I stayed on the Queen Mary the air conditioning was weak. The room felt stuffy for most of the night and it took forever to cool down, which made it hard to relax. I wasn’t expecting something as simple as trying to sleep to turn into a stressful part of the trip. The staff were fine, no real complaints there, but I definitely didn’t get a great night’s sleep.

The room was dusty, which kind of made the whole stay feel a bit neglected. Reading between the lines, it just didn’t seem like much attention had been paid to cleaning before I arrived.

"Creepy in parts, but a little rushed"
There were definitely some creepy moments that got under my skin (in a good way), but overall it felt like everything moved a bit too fast. I wish it had taken more time to build the tension, because the good parts were really effective.

I booked through queenmary and it was straightforward. The dates were easy to see, the prices were clear, the payment went through without any weird issues, and the confirmation email came through fast. No confusing steps, no hidden surprises, no waiting around wondering if it worked, nothing like that. It was just a simple booking process overall, and I’d definitely use it again.

I went there sometime last month, or maybe it was the end of the month before, I can’t remember exactly, but the signs were really clear. I didn’t get lost once, which made the whole visit a lot less stressful.
